The Pretty Things brings many nice memories to me because I remember that I used to sing the songs when I was younger

classic dude classic, is the way in the people must expressed about this band, almost legendaries in that time, and epic in our times.

For those who worry about these things that instrumental at the beginning is the end portion of a 15 minute version of the Byrds song "Why". I know this because I've also got what sounds like an audience recording of this concert, very muddy sound quality and not a patch on this soundboard. It's interesting to note that 'Tomorrow' used to play this song, and recorded it in the studio while Twink was drumming with them. He may therefore have brought the song with him when he joined the Pretties.

Other point worth noting, on the bill the same night were the Soft Machine and their set gained an official release about 3 years ago. So, one day the Pretties set may also be released ? We live in hope.
